RMA System Explanation

Phoenix Medical Devices utilizes a Return Material Authorization (RMA) process to coordinate the return of a product for any reason.

When you contact our support department with your concern they will issue a RMA # for the return of your product(s). Do not return any items without first obtaining a valid RMA number from customer servoce.
